Brief-first since 2003.

A Colorado company built on a simple premise: ask what the swag is supposed to do before deciding what it should be.

Swag gets forgotten because no one asked what it was for.

Kaspo started in 2003 with a belief that was obvious in retrospect but rare in practice: merch without a brief is just inventory. A vendor who shows you 40 catalog options and asks you to pick isn't a creative partner — they're a search engine. We started with the question instead: what's the moment, who's receiving it, and what needs to happen when they open it?

Twenty-three years in, that approach has produced branded merch for national CPG brands, Colorado's financial and real estate community, aerospace and defense companies, and nonprofits that need the work to do more than look good.

Twenty-three years of asking 'what's it for?' before 'what should it be?' changes how you see the whole category. Sometimes the answer is something that doesn't exist yet — and that's when it gets interesting.

Built in Colorado. Known in the room.

We're not a national distributor with a Denver sales rep — we're a Colorado company that's been embedded in this community for more than two decades. That local footing is how we've earned national clients across financial services, real estate, healthcare, and aerospace and defense. We're in the same rooms they are. So when they change companies, they take us with them.

Care is not a marketing claim. It's a posture.

We care about the supply chain.

We know where things come from and whether they should. 6,000+ supplier relationships built over 23 years — not just for access, but for accountability. When sourcing decisions matter to your brand, they matter to us.

We care about the outcome.

We're not shipping boxes. We're building moments. The brief tells us what the moment is supposed to accomplish. Everything else — sourcing, decoration, logistics — is in service of that outcome.

We care about the relationship.

We're built for clients who come back — and who bring us into the next brief, the next team, and the next event. The relationship outlasts any single order. That's by design.

Kirsten came to us at her first company. Then her second. Then her third. Nearly two decades, three organizations, and countless programs — because the work kept working.

Tell us the moment. We'll make it remarkable.

Tell us the occasion, the recipient, and what we need to accomplish. We'll take it from there.
