Recognition that shows you mean it.
Programs designed for what employees will feel.
Start with what employees should feel. Not what's in stock.
Recognition programs have good intentions. The gap is the object. A $50 gift card says "we checked the box." Something designed around the person and the moment says the company paid attention.
- Entry question: what do you want employees to feel? The product comes second.
- Designed for participation lift, not just box fulfillment
- Turnkey execution across multiple locations, remote teams, and milestone programs
48% lift. A kit that got people moving.
Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell wanted more people to use their annual wellness benefit — and their teams sat in silos. We designed a grab-and-go workout kit: a pedometer paired with a map that routed steps through different departments, so getting active also meant crossing paths with people you'd otherwise rarely meet. Adoption of the benefit rose 48%. And the program went on to win a national PPAI Pyramid Award.
The whole program, off their plate.
IMA needed a recognition program spanning 2,500 employees across 55 locations and 500 remote workers — and a vendor who could make it turnkey. We built the program, managed the logistics, and executed across every location end to end. Their annual engagement calendar starts with us in December, months ahead of when they need it. It's high-volume, fully-managed work most vendors can't take off a team's plate — and exactly the kind we want more of.

At the end of each year, Kaspo helps us recognize our associates with gifts that feel personal. With people all over the country, we need our 2,500 employees to feel appreciated — and Kaspo gets us there.
